A, 07 Jul 2020I have an S41 and I get 3-4 days with around 1 hour of talk... moresadly.. my mother🤗 talks to her sister (my aunt) for about an hour.. just on one call.
so calls plus youtube or Sudoku and music would mean that it would laat lesser than her Samsung A50 battery (she is presently using A50)

A, 07 Jul 2020I have an S41 and I get 3-4 days with around 1 hour of talk... moreNot necessarily true. The 42 has lower screen quality and a less powerful processor. Its overall a weaker phone which means it will use less power. Hard to tell exactly how much until all specifications are released however.

Why would anyone buy this phone, let alone wait for it? It's a successor to the S41 but worse in every single way. Just get the old one.

Ulefone released Armor X7, the first rugged phone with Android 10.0. The price is particularly competitive. I want to buy it. I don't know why Armor X7 information is not displayed here.

I waited for S42 long time, but... I am really disapointed!
S42 has much weaker battery than S41.
S42 is less rugged than S41.
S42 has still very few 4G frequencies.
What was the point to dowgrade the descendant?

CAT phones are great. I have a S61 and its perfect. This phone is quite good and I like that all CAT phones are tough.

Non removable battery and my note 4 still has better display resolution then this and specs are generally the same..except this is tougher. Not interested in it at this point. I can keep my old Note 4 phone or get the SAMSUNG XCOVER Field PRO or Sonim XP8 with removable battery
