3100mAh battery, 4GB RAM 64GB ROM.... These are not 2019 specs, especially at that price point.

Nice design, but sadly not so rugged as S41/S61. Battery is also too weak.
Good: it has all GSM and 3G frequencies. Bad: it has small amount 4G frequencies.

At 500 euro Cat should have put a full hd screen on this phone in 2019

if these specs are official, this phone does not look very resistant as previous Cat phones, if you are paying $600 for a phone with very low specs but it is water/dust/drop resistant, it should be very resistant.
But ok, i know Cat phones are not intended for every user

Well for 150 eur less the Doogee S90 or S95 which cost between 350 up to 399 euros have a lot better specs and are IP69k phones.
Because its Cat cost 300 extra bucks from what this phone really should cost.
Times when a brand name was like a status symbol are long time gone.
Now to be honest i rather would stick with more specced and ruged phone for much less money.
