I received cool1 from Amazon today and phone has charging problem, it's charging too slowly(15 minutes in 1hour).
But it's charging normally when switched off.
Phone is on eui 5.8.018S.
Is there any solution to this or should I return the phone.

In my phone i can't able to hear in my home but it works outside with little disturbance. So just made complaint to Amazon. Hope they accept replacement.

I just bought coolpad cool 1 32gb-3gb from Amazon. I noticed that its FM RADIO performance is very poor (lots of noicey even on open area & Can't tune channels with auto tune.) Everyone find this problem? Should I go for replace? Answer me please.

Leeco Coolpad cool1 is one of the best super phone under 15k.Im using this for28 days..No lag no hanging issues it's just great.Im not understanding why critics says this phone is imperfect .I have used honor 6x also .While comparing to it this is really an outstanding super phone .I'm not saying that this one got heating issue .When I plays games like mc5 mc4 mc3 this device heats up to 43 dc.But still not any performance issue.
