My coolpad cool 1 is the newer version ie in the back panel there is COOL only not coolpad ... So in my version does it support quick charge?

Both of them are powerful phones but cool1 is 28nm and note 4x is 14 nm soredmi note 4x is better.

Hey,,i m using it since august 2017 ,it was working very good but now i m facing obstacles using it .It seriously hangs a lot .specially during chatting.I m frustated as sometimes i have to wait for more than a minute ,thn it starts working normally ,,, although it heats a lot .....what should i do??

For eui, the company has defined the system to prevent the battery and charger from being damaged or damage to the handset. When the phone's screen is off or the phone is completely off approximately take 2.5 hours for full charge), and when the screen is on and you are using , the charging current is reduced to 500 mA (for the reasons given). Now, because of the software bug, this system sometimes does not work, and the phone even in the off-screen mode (other than the entire phone's turn off mode) restricts the charger's current and the phone, for example, is charging in 8 hours, which we hope will be resolved by updating.
Therefore, it is recommended that you turn the phone off and then connect to the charger.
You can also check my reason by the Ampere program(from Google play) or with an AC Amp Meter connected to a charger.
This bug is several months old, but the company did not do anything.

Although specifications say that it a good device
But unfortunately the company don't support after sale service. Most of the customer had a really bad experience in which I am the one.
If any issues arise in the device one have to wait for 3 months or more to get it corrected. In addition the customer care center will not provide any further information.

on my coolpad cool 1 the slot 1 sim doesn't support incoming/outging call after use of *#*#4636#*#* however ,it support only data connection what i have to do anyone suggest me?

This is software's bug. And there is no support from leeco or coolpad INC, i am sorry for this company. If i can go back to the time that i bought cool1, i bought xiaomi phone instead.
