My cool 1 takes long time to charge but when switched off it charges as its charging time

It is good mobile in this price and it has long battery life also amazing features.it has good camera which gives cool photos 4gb variant is good.

Hey!!I recently bought a coolpadcool1dual..it's fell down from ma..hand..& it's not working properly...& Customer care told DAT..it will take 1month to repair!!is it psbhl??how I wl adjust without phone..is it Ur customer loyalty??? Y we people chhose coolpadcool1dual ?? Which can not respond 2 it's customer delight??? respond d customer prob!!!

In bases of other phones cooplad cool1 is the best choice but in version 5.9eui is not more better. Yes, give many features in version 5.9 but some problems is also. So, i hope coolpad is lunching nougat 7.1 then solve all the problems of coolpad cool1 please coolpad... because, now I think why i will parchase coolpad ...
In case phones is very excellent no problem but user experience is not facing in this phone..........after 4 months.

Hlo,
Now, coolpad cool1 dual is running slow after using 3 months. In version 5.9 eui . please please lunch nougat 7.1 immediately. In version 5.9 eui google play store is not working and leEco account is also not created in this version. So, I request you please give the update of new OS Android 7.1 because many features is missing in this device . I hope you understand my feedback. Because I'm already give many feedback to you for lunching nougat 7.1.
Also, fast heating issue in this phone. So, please solve all the problems in this device immediately by base of nougat. Please please please.........

Coolpad cool1 get update of nougat quickly b'cos many features are missing in this device so give the new OS of Android nougat fast...
And this is best, yes sometimes phone is taking few seconds in some apps. B'cos the leEco interface is very bad .
So, I hope the new OS lunch by coolpad and remove all features of leEco. In leEco bases phone is ñot good. So, plz remove all interfaces of leEco.
