Fault is Coolpad. they have part only for new device not for us who has problem during warranty period. say wait for 1 week all time and almost 2 month pass but their 1 week no over..

service very poor and part not available upto 2 month. on call support they say drop email you will get reply but than no one reply..
Better to go with good brand than this Fraud company.

We all coustomer should have Complained agianst this fraud company.So That Other Coustomer Avoid such type of product . My Coolpad note 3 Lite doesen,t work properly, So please Don't Purchase it .

i have purchased coolpad note 3 lite it for 2mnths worked properly but after that there was a problem in it. and for 1mnth it is with the service center there service is very slow.i will suggest all others not to buy product of these company and better to prefer others like samsung or apple they are high price but they have a good service. so never think of buying a product of coolpad company

I buy coolpad note 3 plus.. Its a bad phone i was never show.. There so many problems in this phone. Heating problem, 64 gb not support, battery bekup not good etc.. Finaly its a third class phone
