i bought coolpad note 3 phone 6 month ago, it works really awesome, but one day suddenly my phone touch is not working, I dont know what happen in it. I was give my phone to service center they said me wait two days, but now 15 days almost done but my phone not given by service center, I called customer care they ask me wait anther weak,
Mean while phone is good but their service is poor......

Guys its my humble request to all who want to buy or prefer COOLPAD NOTE 3, please do not buy this phone. Though the features are good as it has too many problems that u may not understand while buying but aftr few days u vll face quite difficulties.
I hd bought Coolpad Note 3 a month back and within 4 days i started facing lots of problems lyk
1. Processor hd spoilt
2. Battery draining tooo fast
3. Wifi and Bluetooth were not supporting the device
As i complained in the coolpad customer care they had asked me to go to the service centre and garanteed me that the service centre people vll repair my phn within quite tym, but as soon as they took for repairing i got to know dat while repairing my display got spoilt. I was confused for a while as it was processor problem hw could my display get affected. Then i had to call the same customer care people to ask what the problem is, So they suggested me to keep the phone with service centre people and ensured me that it will b repaired within a week. But now it 47 days passed and yet i didnt get my phone back.
It is said that the service centre people have got more then 20 phone fallen with them which is not yet repaired bcz the Coolpad headquarter is sending them the spare parts to repair the phone and I personally checked it whether the person was saying truth and the person was none other than the Manager of that service centre. I am trying to contact the customer care 3 days a week to check the status bt i am geeting the reply to wait for week...
So plzz i request u the one who want to buy Coolpad phones not to buy it. I am already facing lot of problem and i dont want others to face the same problem lyk me.😔😔😔
