Worst phone in my purchased. Having fingerprint sensor , heating or more problems like cool manager isn't response. It is so much hangful device. Worst! Worst! Worst!

My Coolpad note 5 does not charge sometimes and it will work only when charger is connected and switch off when removed what is the problem

I am using coolpad note 5 since november 2017
For some days it worked just fine than started problems like internet stops working without any reason i have to reboot it to make it start again this happens many times in a day.
Even when my phone is switched on Iam not getting incoming calls after some time i get message that i have missed calls.
When i transfer my video files from internal memory to exrernal (sd card), either i get only half or corrupted video.
Battery backup us bad.
It takes hell lot of time to install downloaded apps.
If anyone have any idea of solving these problems please reply.

So far, this device is OK for gaming and any daily needs.
But the problem is sometimes phone gets crazy when too much apps run on background and sometimes the phone lock itself without pressing power button.
