1, it always gets "Cool Manager Stopped Working" (even after reset the mobile & fresh configuration).
2, When we switch from Wifi to mobile data, some times it will not work. We need to restart the phone.
Apart from above 2 problems, phone is good. Battery backup also awesome.

Awesome phone overall.. camera quality is cool bt night clicks are not gud... Battery is the best part of it.. performance wise its ok.. plz use tempered glass b'cos its screen is not that strong.. 1 major mistake is that CANCEL spelling is written wrong in some places..

Whatsapp notifocation doesn't shows up, and wrong pattern lock will reset the phone (wtf)...
Don't buy this crap and any phone with "cool manager" on it

Very poor phone neither volt working nor battery getting charged. Never buy this phone. Customer services also nit satisfactory

I have updated my Coolpad note 5 to nougat v242. And the problems starts.....there are no option for these features.....screen recording, dual app, and screen division where two apps were seperately used in one screen...best option that seperates Coolpad note 5 from others...

I have been using this mobile since november 2016. When i got the mobile only it has a heating problem and also there was a problem of hanging and recently i got finger print problem also. And also more network issues in this model. Please I suggest you guys please don't buy this mobiles called coolpad brand at all

Hi.this model has a lot of problems.
Back camera not good and it has scratches.
Battery draining so quickly.
Network problem.
It has heating problem while calling and charging.
Front camera average.

i recenty bought coolpad note 5 its memory and battery is good but picture clarity is very worst the rear 13mp is fake it having only normal clarity then also having spotting in the image. front camera is not bad.
