How to silent and mute the phone? When m putting it on mute mode it is still on vibration mode. .. idk what's the issue.. plz sumbody help..

This phone will not work in most countries, it did not work in US on AT&A, on T Mobile it will probably work on 2G, Avoid this phone if you plan to use it while travelling abroad, I had a bad experience with this, otherwise phone is good.

It does not even have sim toolkit Icon..you cannot manage your SIM. Using it in Kenya and am disappointed

Friends I am Ravi Shankar from Gurgaon and I m using Coolpad note 5 last 4 months. And I m facing heating problem. My all family members is using Coolpad mobile . But I m not happy this mobile.

am using from last 2 months ..coolpad note 5. simply easy to use.. fast charging mode is good . battery backup impressive better than all other in same range
front camera experience is fab.
and all new 6 version & many other features .
must go for it if u want a good phone in 11,000rs range,..

Waste for this mobile, battery backup very bad. head, charger low quality, mobile mic problem, voice clear very very bad

call gets dropped and the person on the other side cannot hear my voice, whereas I can clearly hear him. Not sure what is the issue.

My mobile got problem with in 1 month.
It also has problem with 4g network issue from starting..
Waste of money guys.

Trust me friends, please do not buy this phone if you really care for your time & money. I bought it seeing its features & configuration but they are just to attract people towards a world of waste. In last 3 months my phone was at service center for more than a month. Even today i had to submit it back as there is a major issue of call drops. Basically the call keep on going but with no voice. Trust me it has spoiled my all image in last quarter at my office. Customer support do not care anything. Service center has specified scripted answers. Saw 10 customers out of 12 today with same problem at service center. Now decision is all yours.
