i was brought coopad pad note 5 mobile have many problem occur first thing external 64gp is total cheated me if u put second slit memory card r sim card only insert they is no exclusive space ..Guys clearly check after u buy this mobile its totally waste of product and customer care also very bad performers no response ,and i think they dont no how will repair the mobile product. whenever i give mobile service center they simply format mobile given to me. so guys u refer other good mobile company product dont buy this product.its my kindly suggestion.

I bought Coolpad Note 5 online through Amazon.com and the product was delivered on 21st. I also subscribed to the OneAssist extended warranty plan for 1 year from the date of expiry of Manufacturer warranty of 1 year from date of purchase. To activate this OneAssist subscription online I entered all details as are available, but one item "Make" no I cannot find anywhere in the mobile or in any of the invoices or product information details. I sought the assistance of OneAssist on phone and they asked me send screen printout which I did. But this Make is still intriguing and I am not able to avail of this extended warranty plan. Hopefully someone concerened will come to my rescue. Thanks

i often search for coolpad note5 ROYAL GOLD 64 GB....but when i enter into amazon, it suddenly changes to SPACE GREY COLOUR 32GB....Do I have any solution for this???!!!

I bought a cooldpad note5 in December 2016. After a couple of days the phone started misbehaving. It gets shut off itself. The applications abruptly get stopped with the message "unfortunately the....stopped" I took this phone to their service centre in Connaught Place, those guys said software needs to be updated. after two days they returned the phone back saying software has been updated. The very next day there was an autogenerated message on the phone saying that I need to update the software to the latest version. I updated it myself on wifi. It got installed (512 MB file) and after buffering it said 'error'. I again tried to update and at the end it again says 'error'. Then one by one the applications are stopped. there was a system message in chinese language, which I can't understand! Oh God. What to do with this phone now. This is a shit phone, with a abysmally shit aftersales serveice. I made a blunder by purchasing this phone.

Later you can also approach a different Airtel gallery.
