But coooad is new in market..and few service centre for assist.. I m using redmi note 3.. its amazing.. great performance

The Coolpad brand is not trustworthy. I am an old user of this brand, They have very bad after sales services. The software upgrade for old phones is filled with bugs and unstable updates give new problems everytime. They first need to have a skilled staff to cater to better software upgrades.

My phone got suddenly switch off. I went to service centre. They said battery is dead. In 25 days they said will change with new battery. After one month. There telling battery is unavailable. It's a new phone just two months. Used only one month.
