I had purchased Coolpad Note-3 prone from Amazon the next day it was launched in India and received the phone within 3 days. But to my disappointment, I found the phone defective. It started first time smoothly. Then when I restarted it first time it got a system update download automatically. But after update, the phone unable to restart again. It tried to restart but after the staring sound and vibration it failed to start. It automatically go on staring but every time failed to start. This goes on till the battery discharged as it is a fixed battery phone. When I informed the issue to Amazon they promptly picked up the defective phone and replaced with another phone. But to my dismay the same problem repeated exactly like earlier phone. I understood it as software issue and the problem will be present for all phones of this model. I informed Amazon the issue and requested refund and they agreed to that. I found so many good review of this phone in the Internet because of its excellent configuration, but such software issue will make the customer suffer. I didn’t expect such issue from the 2nd largest cell phone manufacturer of China. This phone was assembled in India which may be the reason of such Indian quality of the phone.

I am v much impressed by the features of coolpad note 5 but I want to know about the camera quality of this phone...bcuz its the main issue that images crack while zooming in many phones ... also I want to know that how its camera (rear& front) in low light ........plz clarify me frnds

Hi Guys am Planning to But This Product(Coolpad Note 5). Before that i need to clarify my doubts pls make a good reply.
1) This Mobile is a Water Resistance Make? (which allow us to use mobile on water)
2) Is it allow us to Connect with Theater-Mix tool? (Which is used to view movies on Theater Effect used on Lenovo Vibe K5 Note)
Kindly Give me a Good Reply and Suggest me to choose the best one of these two Coolpad Note 5/Lenovo Vibe K5Note

Recently took the phone. continuously restarting. complaint has given to Amazon. 1 week went, but still, it's not clear. A le Eco Company Product. Coolpad Is Le Eco Company only.
All configurations are good, except CPU and Hybrid SIM.

Good phone in this price range, Decent battery but no fast charging. Camera is good.No lags til now after using for 3 days.I am a active user of the phone. I dont have any complaints .Weigh little heavy than nexus 5, its Ui is cool and finger print sensor is perfect. GO when you look phone around 11 k
