And one more question:can HTC surround can be upgraded to 7.5 mango...??
And can Dell venue can be upgraded to 2.3 ginger bird....

i have this phone which is the best no phone is better than this...... try it when its hot...... samsung are very slow the processor is stone age....

The only draw back of this phone (with every phone you suggested) is poor battery life. I need to charge every day.
So if you are trying to get a phone for all latest functionality & specs, Dell Venue is the best but if you are buying for long lasting battery then Dell Venue is not at all a good choice.
