Its a worst phone.xcd 28 lacks quality in all field.I recommend not 2 buy this phone.

its useless... i get it for 10500 nw it cost only 7699 nd the camera is such a big drawback. its a china product

i just bought this phone on ebay two days back, bad touch screen, poor backup battery, useless camera, now it is available only 7500/- only, i am a stupid fellow who bought this phone, it may reduce the dell brand name. if you want to an android with these same features go to micro max A60 which is only 6500., or go to LG optimus one or samsung galaxy don't abuse your self by buying this phone, worst blue tooth settings i haven't seen in the past.

I am looking for a budget Smartphone which can also double up as a basic PC for emails, while I travel on my business, and so zeroed in on the XCD28.

i bought this phone a week ago for 8500 rupees...considering its low price this phone is good...touch screen is resistive but sensitive...so touch is good...android 2.1 eclair is fine...build quality is good...battery life is excellent and it charges on usb also...camera is little poor but keeping the price in view it is acceptable...speaker volume is great...buy it only if you cannot afford a phone above 10000 rupees...if you can afford only around 8000-9000 rupees then it is the best option...do not go for nokia symbian in this price...i am really enjoying this phone...go for it...

dont buy it.its outdated resistive screen of very low res type.Shell out some more n settle for inthing capacitive scr with high res lcd or amoled type.Thdy are worth it.

Ya Its D China Product Bt If It Gives us gaurantee of product...den no doubt...we can buy it...bt it wont give u much pleasure of softwares n others as Nokia gives...
