It is a fake mobile. There is nothing to like in this phone.CAMERA AND TOUCH (which are the master parts of a touch phone) are totally........ Damage type.TOUCH is very difficult to operate. Hangs very much. Slow mobile.. Don't buy plz.

dell xcd28 is a crap. dell stopped this models and yet difficult to find any upgrades/ update for these phones.
tried googling and found some alternative software for zte-racer which dell has cloned.
shame on dell for bringing these mobiles in indian market with a premium price tag ( dell fooled us making us pay for the tag DELL)

Dell is one of the worst service provider, specially when it comes to mobiles.
Dell XCD28 production has alreadt stoped, even you cant find any accessories in the market.
There Service centre is also helpless as they cant repair it.

Worst phone I ever had I bought it from Home shop18 in Rs.8699/- and I can't even use it 1 month there were some problem with sound. and they have given me replacement warranty so I sent it to service centre they took 2 month to replace it and that too they have given me a old used cell phone which was pathetic touch screen was not working. speaker is not good. battery back up is nothing you cannot use till 6 hours also. do not take it my friends do not take any product from dell there services are pathetic

Phone is good, Applications are too good, but Battery back up r nt at the mark compared to NOKIA, which is must desirable factor in this fast era, u shld also provide PC Suit CD along with Movile in the box as down load is nt compatible also nt wasy to run supported softeware "easy tether" as PC SUIT..., better concern will reply for the said and soon.

Worst phone I had laid my hands on, I was a fool to go by the brand name, and the Dell company does not care pulling back the product or replacing it.
