the worst touch screen and even worst os.... bloody hell dell.... wasted my 8k ... would be better i would have bought any other black and white cell

g3, 10 Aug 2011hi..friends.i am using this phone from 3months.battery back... more I was so happy with this phone but after 6 month i have a lot of problem phone restart automaticaly during call n dell customer care is not supportive plz dont buy thisss phon its too bad.

0.3 pixel camera quality, touch screen also bad- select any option open another option, music quality is disguisting, but present market cost is very high, not a compititor to any other cell phone.

i can t but agree more with reviews heretofore posted but surely have smthing to say to poor those such as me who have already ...! Let us take a pledge never to go by brand name alone and always keep in mind that a lot of features do not always equate performance.

dont buy Dell XCD28 its worst. the sound quality is very very poor. Restart during the call. nt respond touch screen properly, battery performance very poor.

bought in december 2010 for rs10990...
phone had auto restart problems, went dead within 4 days... whole package replaced at distributor immediately..
performance was above expectation..especially browsing and downloads..
camera quality excellent under perfect alignment of light source(very hard to find)..
july 2011..restarting problem resurfaces.. irritatingly restarts in the middle of phonecall.... camera refuses to start more often(embarrassingly).
service centre called up.. says there r already 4 units up for replacement, mine will b replaced after those(lucky me..aint I).. dell channel partner claims to have replaced whole internal unit of mobile after 2 weeks delay..
2nd day of replacement same problem resurfaced ..
well... after a zillion restarts during calls i decided to get myself rid of it..
lost all confidence in dell, zte , and their channel partner.
seriously recommend against it in India

this phone is a work of art : it belongs to the middle ages , Dell could have hidden camera quality by making the camera black and white only , it does not need games _operating the phone is a crossword in itself -ITS TOTAL CRAP!
