It might be that your digitizer (responsible for getting touch) is damaged. try pressing near the top of your screen to see if the touch works.
My XCD35 had gotten wet and lost touch responses. I restarted it after about 8 months and things are working just fine now :)

Battery is awful with 2.1. Currently im on cm10.1(Jellybean 4.2.2) & battery is awsum. Nw i love dis fone lik nvr before. I even overclocked d processor.

This phone has only one problem.. which is FM.. not working properly.. Otherwise.. NO PROBLEM.. PHONE IS OKAY OKAY... as we have more advanced phone in market...

dnt buy it yaar... i am using this phone for last 1.5 years..and changed touch pad 2 times..nw also it is complaint..and i had change the software many times...so please guys dnt take this phone

Hi all,
I have been using this mobile for last 2 years, no hardware compliants and works smooth with all versions including GB,ICS, MUIUI & all. currently using GB Eco-cm7-20130127-stable-blade, no problems at all, with excellent battery life even after 2 years. By default it's has less volume & poor camera :-(

very look &smooth touch,low price but,use 2years doesn't came problems lucky mobile frnd buy now ya generaly battery backup normal in all android mobiles.pls., dono't buy double sim mobile

I think with a proper marketing policy (more show than go) dell has the potential to trump the other mobile majors.

Its A Kind Of Unique Phone From Other People....
Max You Find 10 From 100 People....
I Bought it In Dec 2011 From then Till Now I Always loved My Phone.....
And Will Love As Long It Can Be With Me...
The Only Problem With This Phone is
It Will Shutdown Automatically when We Open An Image while Internet Is On :-(
Other Then Its A Class Mobile....
