They will change the touch screen against a payment of Rs. 1280. But if the LCD display is damaged then it might cost you same as the value of the phone.

Install task killer / speed booster, keep clearing the stuff (using above mentioned tools) else the phone becomes dead

Dear All,
i am a user of dell mobile in a single person in my hole city from the year of 2011, and when the started this mobile, the problems has been started,and till date i am suffering ..... the problem is touch screen not working but the technology wise this is good, but the mobile work is very poor, pl. advice to dell company to stop the mobile sets manufacturing, so that many people can save this type of problem,

hi, I am using dell xcd35 since 2 years. But suddenly the lock key has stopped working and I am bot knowing how to switch on the light of the phone without it... MY PHONE IS NOW SWITCHED OFF... plz help if u know what to do... thank you

not go for it.its touch is not work properly after 1.2 years and its battery back up is also not good and batery heated during using internet and call very early

and give it to them .....if it is in warranty of 1yr...they will replace it...but it will take minimum 2 months to get it done......

u should root ur ph using z4 root app....
then use link2sd app.....
then u cn DELETE,MOVE,COVERT ANY APP TO USER APP OR TO SYSTEM APP....

Do not buy thing is phone . Having problem in touch screen
I bought this one year back exactly after warranty is over the phone started giving problem in touch screen.
Almost all the phone of this model is having problem
Dell is not willing rectifying the problem at free of cost and they want to solve the issue on pay basis
Very bad
