Dual SIM Samsung Galaxy Grand to hit Europe in February

15 January, 2013

Samsung Ukraine has spilled the beans on the pricing and availability of the upcoming 5" Galaxy Grand smartphone.

Announced back in December last year, the Grand is going to land in Europe in February. Ukraine is going to be the first country to get it and there, the phone will sell for €409 ($547).

This seems a bit too high of a price for a smartphone which packs a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory (wexpandable via the microSD card slot). Additionally, the 5" LCD display only offers WVGA resolution.

The specs sheet also includes a 2,100mAh Li-Ion battery, 8MP camera with LED flash, Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, Bluetooth 4 and Wi-Fi a,b,g,n.
