        Magda, 14 May 2022I ask abut the sound. Is it good or no? Is it high? Sound is too low. For a phone this size it should be much better. Loud speaker is ok though.

        It has an annoying bug that every time you send a message it keeps defaulting back to normal text rather than predictive text. Not even every time you go into WhatsApp or texting but after every message sent. You then have to change it by pressing a button 4 times to get predictive text back again.

        It does however do WhatsApp calling. Overall very disappointing.

            GSMArena say MicroSDXC, the Energize website says MicroSDHC. Technobezz say MicroSDXC, GSMChoice say MicroSDHC.

            Who is correct? Am I missing something?

                      I have asked Energizer about a software update but they stated there is no 3.0 for this model. Can you please post your software version?

                          hosa, 02 Dec 2021gsmarena fails to mention what version kaiOS it is shipped withI bought one with KaiOS 2.5. Once the internet connection works, you can update to version
                          3.0 by going to settings / update.
                          The version 3.0 seem faster and the battery still last between three days and one week, according to my usage.

                          Also, the access point seems faster than my Android phone, any idea why ???
