My t39m hit the deck and the flip back mic came off. Not sure if the connector inside the phone is broken or when I replace the mic flap it is just pushing the connector inside. Trying to download the manual to see how to get the cover off but no joy.
Can you send me the tech manual or exploded diagram of how to dismantle?
Is the connector on the phone chassie supposed to act if it is spring loaded?
Thank you for your attention.

This is the best phone ever produced. It packs so much feature for a phone so old. I still will not give up my T39 for anything.

I regret to tell you that T39m phone disappointed me by going off the network and returning for few minutes and going off again .Why? Just some two years old and couple of months.

The Ericsson T39m is by far the best mobile I have ever seen or used. I have used it for 2 years and have just recently upgraded to the Nokia 7250i. The T39m (for its time) had amazing features which even the Nokia 7250i doesn't possess (i.e. Bluetooth). The design was trully slick and I never had a problem with it. I will now pass it on to one of my siblings, and I guarantee you that it will last for much longer.
The only downside of the phone is the slow (very slow) menu. And unfortunately, this is something Ericsson (now with Sony) still needs to work on.
On the whole, this phone is still worth using, and is my personal favourite by far!

The best mobile phone I ever had. Although it is easily taken as a T28 it's doing the same job as the newer 6310 or 8910, maybe better. I think this is the last Mobile Phone ever made, as they started taking out bullshit as in the car industry (the good old Skyline or Supra .....and now those UFOs). Sad
