Full touch Nokia C7 leaked, 8-megapixel camera on board

10 June, 2010

What do we've got here! Images of Nokia's first 8-megapixel full touch cameraphone have just popped up. The Nokia C7 will finally close the gap between the bunch of company's 5-megapixel cameraphones and the N8, which is the only Nokia phone with a 12MP cam on board.

The design of the rumored Nokia C7 is quite reminiscent of the sexy Android-based Motorola XT800 ZHISHANG, which was announced back in December 2009. Unlike it, the C7 will come with an 8MP snapper with dual LED flash and stereo speakers.

According to the guys who published those images, the C7 will run the S60 5th Edition but we won't be surprised to see it packing the newer Symbian^3 (yeap, the same one Nokia N8 comes with).

A secondary camera is located right above the display and there is a 3.5mm audio jack to see on top of the phone. By the way, the screen seems to be surrounded by a nice metallic frame.

Our source remains mum on the other features of the C7 so we'll have to wait for the phone's premiere or another leak to learn more about it.

If you happen to have missed the next image that showed up a few days ago, you can take a look at it now. As you can see, there are several still unannounced Nokia phones mentioned on it: E6, E7, X5, X7 and N9. Unfortunately, we can only guess if and when those will be officially announced.

Nokia should completely switch to Cortex A8s for all of their mid-range devices. The Nokia N9 has a Snapdragon (FINALLY A DECENT PROCESSOR), but I don't know about the graphics. Nokia better put a dedicated graphics chip in the C9 if they want to com...
