Galaxy Note5 starts getting June security update
Samsung has started pushing out the latest Android security update to its Galaxy Note5 smartphone. Weighing in at around 270MB, the update is currently rolling out to unlocked Note5 units in Australia.
The update brings along latest security fixes from both Google and Samsung, including a fix for a critical bug that, when exploited, lets anyone bypass your device's lock screen using a USB cable.
Given that the update has just started rolling out, it may take some time before it hits your handset. Meanwhile, if you feel impatient, you can also manually check for it by heading to your phone's Settings menu.
