I've had this A3 a couple of weeks. All is good except the 8mb camera. Photo images are fuzzy even with HDR. I sent the first camera back because of this problem, but the second model is exactly the same. Funny thing is that videos taken with the 8mb are pin-sharp! Any ideas how to correct this fault please?

Got this phone but there is no real manual to show how best to use and get most out of phone?! So I decided to go online for tips & tricks - but can find None in English!? this is getting frustrating. Also want to know how to make most of dual SIMs -assuming that Must be for different sum providers..? ANYONE found an English video or manual of how to use all available on ARTY A3 please?

hi i have had the gsmart arty3 phone for a week thought it was great until i got a shock all my internet allowance had gone and my phone credit had gone down by nearly fifty pounds i realised it wasnt staying connected to my wi fi although i had connected it and put in my password what havent i done right any suggestions

I try to put my mail server on the phone. Put my email address then password. then the server. Comes back and says Couldn't connect to server. Any ideas anybody please

I didn't check that, so u should update firmware.(me too,by the way I own big prestigio 7600 duo) Should be better.

Hi. just bought the Arty A3 and am having problems receiving Pics. Asks me to download it but after a while says 'unsuccessful'. Any ideas?

Can anyone please tell me how to use this phone to send and receive pictures via normal text messaging apps. besides Whatsapp. I have only had it for two days it's a great phone but can not receive or send pictures via the default text apps and Hangout app.

Is the 5'' display easy to u... moreLol,I buyed 4 my mum 4 present,and its perferct 4 her.Everything positive other sad here I agree.Only is low pix.screen (196ppi) but i can see it from very very close 2 screen.Lowest price in Croatia is about 125€.Greetings!

Nice specifications, compact phone, it is comfortable for hands, display is ok. Sometimes it has a short break when I start application, as lagging. Does anyone have similar problem? Maybe I need better antivirus...

Perfect screen that captures you eyes. Good pixel density and contrast from the IPS display.

I own Arty A3 for few days and so far i am happy. That mean, everything I try, just works. And pretty quick, zero lags or hangs. Well, it is not a profi photo/video cam, of course... Battery is ok like every other smartphone, one day with heavy usage, two days with moderate usage.
