The number is excruciatingly low and hard to believe. I second your thoughts about the resistive screen and believe this one will be a hit amongst dual sim users considering the limited # of handsets available in this category.

The 3G is extremely low!
WRT the TFT res screen .... I understand its bad compared to capacitive but is it really that bad? Samsung a leader in dual sim phones has 1 of d best touch screen phones (b5722)also using TFT resistive touch screen!
I expect dis phone 2 shake Samsung roots as d leader!

lari, you absolutely read my mind. We can only hope eventually such a phone will appear, but until then, this Gigabyte seems to be the best thing in the world of dual-sim.

Hurray - this is the way
from my first move from dualsim phone (one Chinese coolpad) to one with android (now I'm on third) I wait one android dualsim with following minimum specs:
medium high budget
Amoled capacitive display - high resolution
cpu >1G
mem >8G
external SD to support at least 16G - bigger is better
dualsim
WiFi
Bluetooth - for stereo headphones and BT file transfer and play to incar audio system
GPS
usb
easy holding in car - almost all smartphones lack in this feature mainly because of the usb plug
SAR < 1
as "non so important" feature
Flash led - extremely handy as torch
FM radio
digital camera with 3x oprical zoom and hardware optical stabilizer

I've been waiting for a dual sim on Android since I saw the S1205 out, but I think that the processor doesn't provide enough power for my smartphone needs. I'll wait for a clear benchmark on the Froyo, I heard it's better optimized than the previous versions, so maybe it's enough.

Very attractive from the data sheet. My choice because of the two sim cards. But will it be available in Germany. It would be a hit, but are they capable to provide the necessary production capacities?

nice good working from gigabyte we gigabyte is better then HTC ... this is my iphone+galaxy+desire+x10 whatever . i will buy this phone
