My gionee A1 is working so well but I have a problem with it Still. I am unable to receive SMS sent me. Please how can I resolve this problem?

one of the bad phone . not able to give more than bad as at least the battery seems to be ok. don't expect a great feature from this , you can pay less and get a good phone MI or Samsung. Customer service is another hell & they behave arrogantly.
Better go for some other brand!

bought a gionee a1 phone worth rs 20k, 3 months ago. it has conked off while charging- screen turned black & phone stopped working altogether. contacted customer care- who gave me service center number- these guys never picked up my call- sanjiv sharma new delhi

one of the worst company (gionee) they are also not able to give service and once we go for service they treat us like they have owe us mobile and we are using...
First try to give good service and at every service point teach them how to treat customer.
first of all we are facing issue and over there at service center they also not willing to help.
i suggest that gionee company should stop.

Today only I brought new Gionee A1, but not able to add the google chrome account. It always say couldn't sign in there was problem communicating with google servers. try later. What to do ?

Camera is not a good . Saying 13 mp but I feel vga camera . Saying 16 mp but feel 5 mp . Total lost of money .

Not recommended. This is the 4month of buying my gionee phone and the soft keys and headphone jacks are not working just in 4months of use. The phone wasn't dropped in the water nothing was happened to the phone. Slowly slowly the headphone jack gave up and now soft keys are not working. Don't buy it.

Anonymous, 28 Jul 2017 m facing problem of overheating while charging. Any solutionIt's normal for this phone to get heated during charging. Refer the manual. Its written in it.
