From the first day automatically a text message send from this phone to an Indian number, unfortunately I'm using this phone not in India and my mobile bill already goes half of the price which I bought the phone. Could anyone has any idea?

I installed a theme in my mobile next day after the purchase.There was a immediate hang of mobile after the installation. It was not getting normal even after a no. of efforts. When I enquired about it in service center, they told that the piece was defected. Though, mobile was new but defected piece. Secondly, it gets heated while charging.

I Just bought a new gionee a1 gold colour. Phone is best but I'm suffering from a earphone jack problem when ever i put them in the jack they does not goes in well and we have to set it manually by hands.
