Sometime touch screen not work. I try to uninstall update of Mood Wallpaper and disable automatic update under WiFi in Mood Wallpaper old version.

my text messages are coming in without sound notification. i have even checked the settings but to no avail. Any other solution to this problem

Gionee is one of the worst phone brands I've encountered as of now. Gionee A1 being a pricey phone {relatively; for me} does not serve it's functions well. fingerprint unlock function is trash since most of the times, it does not recognise it. Repeated battery heating problems. headphone jack stopped working 3 months after purchase.
moreover, the service centre is totally undependable. They charge you for repairs even when it's on the gurantee period.
Horrible phone.
Horrible brand.

I bought Gionee A1 plus. The phone is very powerful but mine is sending automatic SMS to someone in India and it debit by airtime for the SMS every 10minutes. How can I stop the SMS charges on me?

The most useless and stupid phone one could ever think of. Overheating, hanging, screen non responsive, phone oning and offing, the battery going from 80% to 1%. I rather recommend a Nokia 3310 than this rubbish called Gionee A1. The phone is just a scam, it’s not worth a dine of the price of its. The company needed to be sued for giving false specification about the phone knowing fully well that it’s just a container without content they are selling to people. Useless company. I rest my case.

Company shud try fix dat plus it honestly keep restarting after 3days of purchase, dis is embarrassing to d user of a brand new phone dat cost so much, dey shud try putting an end to d factory display aside dis, phone is fast, battery gud, camera okay, gionee isn't d best but it's definitely nt d worst even if d restarting gets me sad

India's number worst wast very bad Brand gionee becoss i bought new one A1 modal jest 3 months at RR mobiles.now its was hanging .than i gives ABBSTek solution services centers on 28/8/18 than he's take 2monts timing.now its heare service center .so guys pls don't by gionee any Brand mobils

Mine is worst, I regretted ever venturing into gionee product. My phone goes off to come up I must plug it to electricity. When is on don't venture into watching videos or playing audio it goes off.

Bad phone & very bad service of gionee care
My gionee shut down with 70% battery after restart show only 1% battery. Phone is in warranty period & company is asking for one month to repair the phone
I have also lost many of important contacts no.
Please don't purchase any gionee phone
