1yr ago that I bought it ,I discovered it generates more heat on both the screen and the back side.

This is probably the worse phone I have used, the screen glass breaks easily, Have change that like 3 times now, each time costing me between 2500 to 3000naira, the charging port is something else, slow charging and have left me buying numerous charging cables just to find a suiting one to charge a bit faster. the charging port shakes a lot too while charging like its having a partial contact issue and this has cost me 3000naira each time I went to change at Gionee care center Onitsha, I have changed it on three occasions. The phone privacy is wack, once the home screen is unlocked, you can directly access all apps even the SMS app without any restriction, even when you download external security app like Applock after the phone sleeps and wake, it will become inactive and SMS will become accessible again, No message encryption, No Fake calls alert, Battery dies quickly, especially when its at 20%, just assume you have a 0% battery already because t can count down to 0 in seconds. the led light is fancy, doesn't work. I regret buying this phone 68000naira in October 2017 at Denobel Aroma Awka Anambra State Nigeria

It had this screen shaking issue last year until I took it to the head office in IKEJA, Lagos where they fixed it for free. Ever since it's been wonderful. I really don't know why there are so many complaints but mine has been nothing short of great!

pathetic phone. This is the worst phone I came across, was given to me by my company so I had no option but to use it. Hangs a lot, no app on the phone runs smooth, it hampers my work a lot, my sincere suggestion is, spend a few more bucks, go for a good brand, avoid this phone.Not worth at all.This is definitely the worst phone I have used.

Seem they are deliberately selling to us bad phones or gionee is a bad product.

It shakes and becomes unusable unles... moreJumia is very useless, it happens to my mine too and called them because the phone is still under warranty and told me to take it to a guy who is not a professional in computer village. The guy told me that it is screen problem and l have to pay 13k to fix it.l have to call Jumia back and then also told me l have to pay it. They actually liaised with fraudulent people called engineer. You better stop buy things from them because they don't have reputation.
