Not worth for price.
I bought this mobile 2 years back.
But I fcae following problem in this mobile
1. Auto switch off (with in a year)
2. Camera quality even worst then at the time I bought (after 1 year)
3. Battery drain out quick (@ the end of two years)
4. Sound (ring tone poor quality I cant list even if I am aways just few feets )
Now it stop recharging when I took to mobile store it tell me that its IC for chargeing was damage need to replace worth rs 700
Please please dont waist ur money on such mobile.
I bought it because its configuartion is better then google nexus 5
I bought this and my friend bought nexus. Nexus is still working fine. and mine is in repair store...

My phone is automatically switchs off and switch's on .why its happening??? I have rooted it...

rahi, 23 Jul 2016i agree..same issues here. Yes initially it was the best phone but after 2yrs same issues are faced by me.. Still I stick to it Bcz of the camera quality.. As awesome as DSLR.. After all I love photography...

Am using Elife E3T, its giving me plenty problem after trying to install the new software update for the phone, I lost my contact and messaging app.

hi. i bought my first gionee E7 in april 2014 which i lost within a months time. but i had enjoyed the phones performance and i bought the same phone again. so its been 24 months now. have enjoyed using the phone all this while. performance while multi tasking has been fine, never felt a lag watsover. in chrome i have had about 10-15 tabs open at a time. loaded the phone with apps as i like to experiment n try new apps and retain the ones i find interesting. at present i have 53 apps loaded. it does get hot while charging sometimes or while watching streaming vids from youtube etc. camara has been good. though i struggled to find decent covers all this while n had to settle with a plain black one. im happy i bought this phone again.
though today the navigation buttons gave up :( so im online trying to figure a remedy. saw a lot of negative comments on this handset hence sharing my experience with the gionee E7 this far.

Initially, I thought the phone was cool. But now, I have multiple issues with it. The screen activates in my pocket and does random stuff, including changing my time and date. Touchscreen seizes periodically, always making me to press power button severally before it responds. Battery is totally useless. I now regret wasting my money. I can never advice even an enemy to buy any other Gionee product.

This is a good looking mobile. But from last few months it is not functioning properly. Its screen get activated automatically; Touch starts work without any user input; sometimes calls get disconnected by itself. I am really fed-off with the mobile. There are much better mobiles available in competition and cheeper too. I guess its a wrong decision i had made :(
