gionee e7 is very bad phone and company also i am suffering the hang problem from the day of purchase in last 6 months the phone is with company for more than 2 months now they are not returning my mobile which i submitted on 6th feb 2016 till date please do not purchase any gionee mobile you will loss your money

worst mobile ever i have seeen and the service is very bad im gonna tell my fnrds to never buy this phone if i dnt geta reply from the centre.... im gonna post blocks now on gionee mobile just wait and watch the mobile hangs and the battery life is very bad

U can use Vroot to root your phone. Keep in mind that u won't be able to do system update even after unrooting the phone. You have to flash original rom to device in order to get system update. So be careful.
