Hello i live in UK and have bought Gionee elife 5.1 with Kitkat It is fantastic phone until i recently updated lolipop . And now there is no system memory left . Ican not update or download any app from google play because no system memory . Also there is no any security left pattern security dissapeared and code or face security do not work at all . Also battery life became very low . Before it were for two days now it is only for half day . Hope it will be any update soon as it is just useless phone now with short battery life, no security at all and no system memory to download any app . It shows that there is still more than five GB of phone memory but no any system memory.

I received the lollipop update and happily upgraded it.
But to my misfortune what did I see?
Only one addition was the Chameleon app.
Now after lollipop update, you can't transfer the apps from system memory to phone storage!
Just installing facebook, whatsapp, Skype, and Hike messenger the system memory is full and I can't download any more apps.
It says please delete some as as insufficient storage space.
And there is no option to move apps to phone storage of 16GB.
Highly dissapointed. No option but to sell this is phone off now.

Iy is my first time to another phone beside Samsung and Asus. I love the Gionee S5.1. Great design and never failed me when it comes to browsing the internet and the cam is good also. Loving it every single day.

It's battery life is zerooo.....facing a lot of problems regarding this...
