Facing this issue with Messaging service....Shows unread messages in notification panel whereas on opening the app you cant find them. Also, some of the messages doesn't appear i.e not visible in inbox.
Compatibility with other Applications downloaded from Play Store is also pathetic. Eg - App Lock doesn't works well with this phone neither true caller...
Reported the matter many times to Customer care but they are not able to resolve the same every time revert back that a technician will call back but of no use...Chinese phone and company after all.......

One more to add is the black screen for some apps when we look at list of apps running in background.. Most of the issues are software related and surface after kitkat update.. I wish I hadn't updated my phone.. Still I love it and its performance. . I expect the issues to be resolved in next update..

I using this phone ....its worst phone ever ...heat verry quik ......battery drops very quik ......and her kitkat update is very worst there are many problem in kitkat update ........gionee team pls give us new update ......!

Bt if u see the screen of HTC its larger thn S5.5 screen and also has less ppi cmpr to S5.5 441 ppi...
And i saw many reviews video of both the devices and the reviews says the camera of the HTC is nt btr thn S5.5...
Bdw if its nt S5.5 thn im thinking to buy E7 so u think HTC desire is btr thn E7 also ??

I have subscribed 3g services but it is still showing 'E'instead of H+ 3g or H. I hav checked m in 3g covered area but still. Has anyone came through this issue?? They say in the specs that it is 3g compatible but now i have doubts! Plz let me knw if anyone having same

i dont know wat difficulty your finding & why, i am using this phone from last 6 months, so such problem,only heating issue i face & that is acceptible, after all the design is like this .
