If your phone doesn't have Google play store just download apks of 1. play store, 2. Play services 3. Google play services framework and 4. Google account manager. Simple.

A device that's not very good because it doesn't accept some apps like Google play store, trust wallet,Google play services. Also it doesn't accept SD card unless you cut it which may even damage it
