Frndzz... I can't connect the OTG cable in my phone..if connect the OTG.. Then no responds from my handset...wat will I do..???

does 3g runs on the both sim.. and which screen protector is best for this..i bought this phone a month back..and i lost my screen guard..and im not able to find it in any mobile store..
anyways phone us da best in 18k.
