This is the worse crab ever made by Gionee company, the data network is very poor using any network, data setting it's manual instead of Auto, you'll always have to be changing it manually from 4g to 3g or any supported coverage, no font style just size, screenshot is just zero. Everything about this phone is trashed. I regretted leaving my S11 for M12

This phone is a big pile of bull, everything on the specs you have to take it with a grain of salt, is a total lie in real-life Use, Btw the camera suck, better buy a used LG V35 or v40 3 times better phone on all aspects.

I never use it but people use to complain too much..
I love gionee product I started using their product up till now. And I am upgrading to m15.
The only thing I beg gionee to start adding as usual is FONT style I like it very much. The ability to change fonts.

well, the phone is nice but there is some upgrade of patches the is required such as putting a searching bar on the dial call window.

As much as I like Gionee phones,one thing I dislike about the product is the part of upgrading which the company has never included in most of their phones. There should able to be an avenue for new OS upgrading in their making of new phones.

One thing I dislike about Gionee phones is inability to upgrade the present version of OS to the latest OS. I would advise the company to look into this.

I just bought mine
Omo the camera is just there abeg...
I can't use earpiece to make phone calls, but I can hear if it's WhatsApp call or voice notes but during phone calls I don't hear anything through the earpiece and it doesn't pick my voice.
