Then suddenly dropped to 3 when I switch off-on my mob. Solution is that don't switch off your device, open back cover then take out battery, wait for some time say 20 sec, and then plug battery back, switch on or device and it will be OK. It occurred first time only to my done, now its fine. And also I have checked pics taken by gionee. And I think that one has to blame the poor camera performance solely to tft screen. Camera is OK if not that bad. But yes, don't compare it with MMX a116, not at par.

when we on the camera sacreen got green & picture not shown after some time it will ok, what is the reason..please do reply..

That battery drop from 40% to 13% after changing sim was faced by me also, but I think it's a bug, because when I again removed the battery, sim cards, SD card, and restarted my device it was back to 40%. Gionee need to fix it, and yes the backup was perfect.

those who are saying camera is poor they didn't even use it for sure. Camera is far far better than mmx 8 mp.Daylight picture can beat any high range mobile.
But I faced one problem. I had 50% battery remain and i did open the set for sim replacement and when i re start the phone i found it it is only 5% remaining. does any body face this problem ?? or what happened to it ?

JAY, 26 Mar 2014i try my pen drive via otg cable gionee m2 but not working... moreotg not supported....only for charging other phones.may be possible after rooting...dont know
