day by day users r complaining abt this phone mainly after its kitkat update. and thats confusing others a lot i m planning to buy this in diwali. is it really possible that an update can impact on camera? i mean update is software thing and camera is hardware how thats gonna affect its camera. If i buy this in diwali can i get kitkat version or i need to update it to kitkat? any one can help me regarding this?

Hi all
I would request u all to go to the SC near u with the bill xerox and upgrade to kitkat, a very sincere advise. Do not waste ur time downloading it. I tried it but it did not work properly. It would not go beyond 69%.

I bought m2 before a month. At that time it was fine. But after upgrade kit Kat 4.4.2 it's camera qualiy dramatically decreased. Really i am unhappy on it's camera performance. Now it's quality not like 8mp it's like 3mp. I don't know how? If any solution of it plz help. Thanks

i have took gionee M2 just before a week but sometime it does not accept the touch dont knw y ???

I read the steps in the Gionee website for KitKat upgrade. However, I do not understand one thing. In 5th step it says to disconnect the device from computer. Do we need to connect the mobile phone to the computer before installing Driver, Flash tool and firmware?
I think something is missing in the procedure. Can anybody help me with the steps?
