I too faced the similar restarting problem,just after a day i bought,but now after a month there is no issues found...Hope kit kat update fixes the bug..

I bought m2 gionee 3 days before I hv gone through problem plz solve it.. Problem is when someone called me n I receive call then I can't hear their voice I hv to switched on speakers r headphones plz reply asap
