Jay Sleek, 20 Aug 2024contact your network office for it not the phoneI have been facing the same problem about airtime deduction on my Gionee M7 Power phone on both my sims. I even contacted customer service about it but they said it wasn't from them, it's from the phone. Anyone with helpful solutions??

Go and change de down panel, if you do so use one Charging and be charging the phone it will stop.

My GIONEE M7 Power behaves strangely these days, I don't know what gone wrong...
First I noticed was the "camera app" deleted
And, later my WhatsApp accounts on the phone were suspended and later banned because of an issue with the device I'm yet to fathom
Also I noticed is...calls from foreign numbers I don't know of. It either receives the call for seconds or dial the calls itself and wasting all my Airtime, funny enough, none of those foreign numbers saves on my call list
And...there is elevated usage of data also
I'm tired trying to rectify these issues!
Please, anyone with the idea of what might be wrong and what I can do to bring it back to normal...

When I try to update my system
It shows network error
Please how can I fix this
