It will stop.
Anytime you enable it to download app on play store or your mail. Go to settings and disable it, to save your data

U can also remove it if u have the security pin or password . Just go to user center app in ur phone click on mobile anti theft put the pin and remove it

However, turning on the data saver will help. By this the size of the app can't be downloaded. It works for me, you can try it.

What I did was a full reset.... moreGenerally, you have examine any pop ups about push notifications before you accept or decline.
And mind what apps you give permissions to.

What I did was a full reset.
Then I avoided using the calendar app. It regularly sends a pop saying I should accept something maybe push notifications, I can't remember, anyways once that pops up, I immediately press no.
As also stated in the comments don't use and avoid the story locker feature, and set your own wallpapers.
