Please I have a broken screen, wherecan I get it fixed. The earpiece of the phone also suddenly became very low that until I use an airpod or earpiece, I nearly hear people talk.
I also noticed when I send or receive message, the sender's name doesn't appear even while the number is saved with a name on my phone.

My gionee m7 power is downloading some apps like MOJ, JOSH, MIXTAKATAK, and many more without permission and if I uninstalled them they will reinstall back immediately I put my data on. This has been my problem with the phone and I don't know what to do about it

Since I ordered this phone, I have never recharged and use the phone.
My airtime keep missing because of an unknown msg sent to these useless maker. How can I stop it.
This arant nonsense. Why will one create something to give the other headache?

Ntel works with only 4G LTE device, you can change your Sim to SIM one slot of your m7. Browse to SIM option from your settings and do the needful then reboot your device.

I'm a nigerian and I just bought this phone yesterday with the believe that it has Volte and it should work with my ntel sim I've been keeping before now but it isn't working with the it. Rather,it displays emergency only.
Is the phone not supporting sims like ntel? Right now,the seller and I are at loggerheads on it. Pls,I need to know whether the Volte in the phone works or not. Asap.
