I bought the phone early January. Though a good phone but mine is having issues now. it is doing auto-pressing. it keeps on writing things by itself and I can't use the 'back icon' anymore. I need help on this or where to seek solution from. The warranty is still on.

Problems occur downloading from play store.
Sometimes an error message comes in the desktop unfortunately app has stopped".
I just then have to reboot the device several times a day. Junk data also a problem. 350 to 450 mb fills with junk data.

San, 31 Jul 2016I have a Gionee M3 for almost 2 years now, fantastic phone ... moreI am facing same same problem. ......what you can do........just uninstall face, google chrome and gmail if you have upgraded them.......i.e. go for factory version.........you can save some space in this way and can install new apps

I have a Gionee M3 for almost 2 years now, fantastic phone so far. I got it upgraded to lollipop recently and since then some of the features are behaving erratic. I can't install new apps as it shows 'not enough storage on phone' message. Most importantly, I am unable to move installed apps (especially Whatsapp) from Phone to SD card. Even though SD card has 10+ GB of free space, still it gives an error message on attempting to move apps from phone to SD card. Need guidance, thanks

I am using gionee m3 from 2 year's it's best phn. I have installed custom rom lexer 2 it's lag free more battery backup best ram management no any problems with this rom anyone have problem with this mobile install this rom👍👍👍

I cant install or update any apps from playstore in gionee m3 ...it just shows "download pending" with infinitely never ending download processing ..... Can u pls tell me the solution of it?

D battery is my main issue, doesn't last as long as it should n it's supposed to be a new one after the previous one was replaced

My mobile camera is not working properly , pictures are not saving in SD card after clicking so it is showing " no thumbnail". Therefore Whatsup is also not working properly. Plz suggest solution.

There is not update available and last version is kitkat so i request company to update our systems while in other models of gionee has latest version of marshmallo
