Goinee m3 is not update play store app and don't download app

ibought new m3
I have been unable to download anything from the play store. Every time I try there is a notification saying the download is paused. The same happens when I try to update apps. I am running version 4.4.2.
I have tried searching all over the internet and have so far been unable to make it work.

Hey guys I'm also having same problem with my cell (I can't download new apps though I have a lot of space in my SD card) I have been visiting the Gionee center 3 times but they are not able to solve my problem) I'm just fed-up of going there I don't think our problem will be ever get solved. All I want to say is that just sell of your Gionee.and make another choice to buy a new phone.

even when net is off, unwanter & osene things downloading starts automatically. When we opt for formating, only the matter we have willing saved goes, and unwanter things remain undisturbed and keep on appearing on the screen making it impossible to use the phone on our choice.
