My Gionee M4 mobile is switched off automatically..
But when I connect it to charger it works. I have also changed my mobile battery. If I remove it from charging it automatically switch off.

Hi guyz , I am also facing the same constant turn off problem in this 1 year old gionee m4. The problem started right after attaching a unknown company charger. To fix, I replaced it with a Samsung traveler chatger . but this problem exists. Now I am about to change this battery.
My concern is the problem shouldn't exist after changing the battery?
Any suggestions would be appreciated

Guyz don't use other componys charger use original only if you want your battery life long..and that guyz whom battery is damaged and automatically switched off problem...so you can use mobile while charging...dint worry is safe....and dont change with duplicate battery..its not working..

for me my M4 is ok nothing problem like other guys ....except screen ...i changed my screen two times before one year and two times before two year ... so i have changed screen 4 times ... problem is screen goes like alien contacting me... flicker... screen light slow on slow off .... last time when i asked care center they said that.... company se model band ho gya hai sir aap refer policy le lijiye ....well mobile screen is not working but i use it as power bank lol...emergency me use ho jata e bidu :)

If everyones m4 is restarting automatically.(mine 2) .it means that basterd gionee compony will do something for this m4 device which is very bas. Guyz i have only one solution..insert only jio sim and charge up more than 40% it will work for you. I think it an new software update problem who actually not good for battery. Use jio or exchange mobile....

very bad mobile company. geonee m4 model is very bad. baterry problem. & battery not available not in india market. please don`t buy this company mobiles..

One of the useless phn i hv ever seen and the most worst thing is its service centre. Guys the people who are in geoni care thy dont know anything. Acc to thm this model is closed. Guys if this model is closed thn y u people r sitting in this care centre. . U should resign also.. Stupid phn
