I have a same problem of switching off automatically in my M4 model. I contacted gionee care and he told there's no solution on this model except exchange with F 103 by giving an amount of rs. 5300.00 extra. But how I know about the guarantee for smooth running of the F103 model. Actually China is exploiting severely in this way.

Please don't go for f103 as it also has the same issue. The issue is not with the battery, it is an update issue which Gionee has not even bothered to look at. You can log on to Gironde Facebook page and see how many users of m4 have complained. Myself included. Better u go in for a Vivo or if u want brand lg is good

I have a Gionee M4 which is one year and seven months old. Now the phone is auto off and when i contacted authorised service centre they told it has battery problem and they changed it. After the battery change mobile runs for six days only and same problem arise again. once again they changed another battery and it's ok. After the second battery change it was running for three days only and it has the same problem - auto off. Now they company offer me refer policy- I have to pay Rs 3500/ plus my 19 month old mobile M4 (MRP Rs16800/) for a F103 model (MRP Rs9999/). What kind of policy it is ? I have to think 100 times when I shall buy any Gionee mobile set in future-very very bad experiance.

I had this phone it was junk. One Mr Basava Aradya had posted to be aggressive and ask them for a refund they took the phone back and gave me a gionee f103 my phone m4 was still under warranty . Those who are using this device pls I urge u to return the phone and get a replacement if u still have warranty if not u better be more aggressive. I did this at the service Centre in Jaya agar blore

i bought gionee m4 21/04/2016 dated after one month phone display out i contact service station thay are charging 4500 rs after one year 12/05/2017 automatically my phone off again i contact service station in madurai tamilnadu thay told board out what a super phone 1 year i lost my amount totally any body don't purchase gionee phone very wrost phone

I have a M4 phone. It automatically off. When i contacted to service center they told that battery problem. I asked for a battery but they told that the model is closed so we dont have battery. I also contact with the customer care, they also told the samething. Now my friend who were purchased gionee phone any model after one year same problem arrise. This is a bastard company dont purchase it

Infact I had the same problem I went to the service station and blasted them and I got a brand new piece and they told me not to update it again. But knowing how bad the software was I didn't open the box , I went and directly exchanged it for moto g
Hope this helps you . Must be a little aggressive and blast the service personnel and they can get u a new device.

My phone battery may be damage within one year n I didn't get battery from any mobile shop,very bad experience about gionee m4

Initially the phone was really good with great battery back up. After an update from Gionee over the air , the phone started giving all kinds of problems mainly like switching off by itself while making or receiving calls. I also got in touch with Gionee who said that they would give me a full refund but they failed to do so.
The problem has yet to be rectified and I have been waiting since Jan 2017 for gionee to get in touch with me for a refund on my purchase

In Pakistan It is available with the name of Qmobile M350 PRO in Rs. 12,200/- ($ 115.0). Nothing Special in this phone Only Battery is excellent 5000 MAh

Worst phone ,I lost my money by buying this product,It gets off automatically with sim and without sim with only memory card it works.when I approached Service centre they told board to be changed and will cost around Rs.5000/- since the warrenty expired,I throw that phone and purchased other brand with less cost.So never purchase this phone and loose your money.
