Those who are having hanging issues with your Gionee M4, they are now replacing the device mother boards in Jayanagar Gionee service center and also in Rajaji Nagar and Richmond town service centers at no extra cost, provided your phone is in the warranty period.
This is only for Gionee users in Bangalore.. Cheers to Gionee for taking action on faulty devices. Good job Gionee

I did not find software cd with GIONEE mobile Case. I want to install PC suite, i have checked all website, not finding the PC suite

whenever i plug my device for charging the gallery opens up automatically .i cant understand this prblm as i m using brand new charger and still these prblm.i need help .plx give ur suggestions.

I use my Data sim card in mobile GiONEE M4.but in manual written..when you insert sim card. After ON data Connectivity.
Please guide me. Where is Data connectivity options? How to ON. without see the option.

1 bad think is this. M4 does not have mass storage option.4 e.g. if you are a music lover then you cant play musuc via usb cable to your car or any music system.coz in this case you connect usb with any playes its connected successfully but only 3 options you seen. 1.charge 2.view photos 3.copy file (4 computer only). I hope this issue is solved in next update.

I had purchased Gionee M4 and Its the worst phone ever. It hanged as soon as I took it out of the box. I had purchased my phone in August on Independence day. The next day I took it to the gionee service center in Jayanagar Bangalore and they said they will have to replace the mother board. From August 16 2015 till today Dec 14 2015 I have been waiting for the part but they have not even bothered to replace it.
I have been cheated in buying this phone. Service is horrible please refrain from buying Gionee products due to lack of service

it is realy a bad phone
i was using this phone for 1 weak. i didnt get power of 5000 Mah battery. when use 5 minuts it is heating....
5 stars for gionee m2 (better battery and better performance)
realy dont buy the phone

I am using this Gionee M4 Marathon for 2 months. Previously I used a Gionee m2 for One Year.. I became a fan of Gionee brand... Thanks to the awesome power backup of both phones... M4 is the best phone for travelling executives or network related business people.. Last week an update came and updated...but the update is not good enough.. I got some software problem after that,, "care free launcher failed....".. Being an IT & Mobile Technician i am not able to rectify it and removed the update by doing Hard reset and now its working as good as my expectations..
Anyway It's a good phone... good camera, good battery, good style...

i have been using gionee M4 since the last 1 month. everything with this phone is fine but multitasking is facing a problem sice i bought. how to solve this. please any ideas!

What u need is a PC and a custom recovery mode and the supersu update all of which u can download from needrom website just make sure u download both the stockrom before u root update to the latest rom from gionee else u won't be able to update after root. To update after root u have to unroot

Anybody have idea how change the quick setting to normal mode I mean open quick setting from top to bottom.....i m facing problm in this amigo os to open quick setting by sliding bottom to top..

Hi Frenz am using this mobile last 2months staring I faced rebooting problem and when I updated the system Iam really loving this handset ididnt face any issues till now so who r facing robooting problem please go to service center and update the system

I bought this phone last month I love this mobile with good quality of screen and camera quality, with 2gb ram I never faced hanging issues in this mobile super phone buy this mobile awesome
