I purchased M4 in month October. Last month My mobile lcd was damaged. Screen was ok But as per service Center person LCd Damaged I Paid for new LCD Rs 3500 +taxes , Can U Believe With One month Again Same problem in My Mobile. Yesterday Night My Phone was Ok & when I wake up In Morning My Phone Display was not working I went in Same Service Center they are Saying same thing That Screen is safe & But lCD Damage ,How is it possible
Plz Guide Me what Should I do . should I pay again & again Rs 3500 +taxes for 12000 Worth Mobile.

Been complaining about restarting problem from the next day of purchase to both shop keeper and service centre,but still the problem isnt solved.
Service centre asked me to use it without memory card,but no use.
it still hangs and restarts for no reason.
today I am going to visit the centre for the last time or will officially complain to consumer court.

i am using this phone for the past one week. the camera, especially the rear camera is good. the colour optimisation under different light conditions is superb. i am not a heavy gamer. i tried asphalt 8 only once on this phone just to check whether there are any frame drops. there were a few drops that can be visibly noticed. overall the phone is excellent for music,video playback and specially the camera. even though it is a 8mp camera the output quality is very good as i have loaded some family photos taken with camera on my pc and zoomed it upto 400%. there was no pixalisation even at 400%. this shows the quality of the phone camera. to conclude, this is a good phone with silky touch for a price of Rs.12,000,purchased from a local dealer in mumbai.
