I bought the phone last year Nov 2015 with 15 months guarantee. I don't know what happened to it because it just switched off by itself and switch on back immediately, but to my surprise the phone reset itself back to factory set which make me to loose all my data(very painful and disgusting), but now I ve bn trying to download all my apps back apart from those that came with d gionee m5 originally but all prove abortive. Pls come to my aid because the phone stands as my office and without it there's nothing I could do, also if there's any way I can get my lost data back pls do not hesitate to let me know. I love this phone M5... i got it cos of the power issue in my country and i do use it for all day long without bothering myself about charging .. and if i did not play game on it ,it does last me for 2days before charging ... and its always on 3g . i know if i use it without 3g data and not playing games on it ,it will last for more than 3days. Good camera .. the version might be old version but please ..its the best among its mates. I am looking forward to when the M6 plus will be sold or launch in my country .. Gionee is the best for this epileptic power supply country of ours...thank you

changeover, 26 Sep 2016I cant received calls ... once someone is calling its goes ... moremy gionee m5 cannot receive calls it just reboots without showing who called

ihave gionee m5 but the version is 2gb ram i used this for almst 11 months will the battery performance is good have almost whole day playing rpg games using data connection... the issue i encountered is apps that keep on stopping and telling me send report what should i do about it also sometime when i open data connection sometimes doesnt worked and i just do is reboot or switch off & on the sim setting
